Account Deletion

For GoTrip app users who want to remove their account and associated data.

You can delete your account directly in the GoTrip app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

If you no longer have access to the app, use this page to request deletion by email.

What Will Be Deleted

• GoTrip account authentication profile.
• User profile details stored under your GoTrip user record.
• Saved items and user-owned booking records where deletion is technically supported.

What May Be Retained

• Data required by law, fraud prevention, or unresolved disputes.
• Aggregated or anonymized records that cannot identify you directly.

Processing Time

Most requests are processed within 7 business days. Complex cases may take longer when legal or security checks are required.
